Katie

That looks like such an amazing experience, on top of being an intern. I'm thinking about going back to school to earn an MBA in International Business and hopefully could go to Thunderbird. I know they have great International Business programs and I'd love to be able to go back to school, learn and travel like you did. I take it you'd recommend it?

Suffolk Global MBA Internships

Hi Katie:
Thunderbird is an excellent school. I would also check out Suffolk University's Global MBA in Boston. It includes a 6 credit internship that must be outside your home country and include a major project in finance or marketing. Dean Hallberg facilitates placements and works with GMBAs individually to match their career goals etc with a company's niche and needs. Summer 2011 placements are going to include Weber Shandwick in Beijing; IPSOS in Beijing; BMC again in Singapore; Mavi Jeans world headquarters in Istanbul; Sonus Public Relations in London; and she has many other contacts including Germany, Italy, Australia etc.
